Our employees are thoroughly screened to make sure they have the necessary skills, experience, knowledge and personality fit for each client they see. Every caregiver is drug screened, TB tested, fingerprinted, and undergoes a criminal background and reference check.
Our caregivers render care, comfort, companionship and supervision our clients need while providing peace of mind to their families. We achieve this through a detailed personal needs evaluation involving each client, their family and the physician or hospital staff if necessary. This face-to-face assessment and takes place typically at the location where care will be provided and allows us to customize a care plan and select the best caregivers for each client’s personal situation.
Our caregivers are available for a few hours a day/week or up to 24 hours a day. We will customize the plan of care and schedule for each client, depending on their needs. In addition, our Care Supervisor makes periodic home visits to our clients to ensure that we are delivering the care and service that meets the expectations of the families and the standards of our company.
